Taskenator is an online marketplace that allows customers and taskers to connect. Our taskers bring a lot of experience and expertise to the platform. Taskers who are licensed will display their certificates on their profile.
To post a task, log in to your account and select the ‘Post Task’ option from the menu bar then complete the details relevant to the task. It’s that simple!
Taskers can also be contacted once they have placed a bid on one of the projects you have posted. They will propose an expected fee, along with a description of their qualifications and experience. You are able to reply to these bids via your taskenator inbox.
Paying a tasker can be done through PayPal.
Canceling a task where you have already hired a tasker requires discussion with the tasker. If both parties are happy to separate amicably, you can end the project and request a refund for any monies already in the system, not yet paid to the tasker.
Yes. provided that reason is valid and tasker agrees to cancel the project. If the tasker declines your task cancellation request, you can try to settle it with the tasker or sort it with the dispute resolution.
More information on how to request a refund can be found in the link below:
Once a Tasker raises a dispute against a Customer, a 14 day response time will be given to the Customer to respond to it. Otherwise, they will automatically lose the dispute and the pending Milestone will be released to the Tasker's account.
We accept taskers worldwide for both remote and local tasks.
A one-time registration fee will be charged to Taskers and deducted from your first task payment. If you receive less than $10 on your first payment, the balance will be deducted from consecutive task payments that you receive until the full $10 registration fee is paid. You will only pay the registration fee once. If you cancel your registration with Taskenator and rejoin you will need to pay the registration fee again upon joining.
You’re charged 2.5% of the transaction amount plus a $0.30 USD flat fee.
Once you have completed your profile and had it approved/verified, browse through the list of available tasks to find those that suit your skills and qualifications. Once you click on the ‘bid’ icon, you will be taken to the bidding screen, where you will be asked to fill in all relevant information, such as your rate of pay and a brief description of your qualifications and experience.
Sending proposals to bid on tasks requires the use of Tokens. Proposals will require one (1) or up to three (3) tokens depending on the bid amount.
Token Used per Bid Amount (USD)
1 = <$500
2 = $501 - $1000
3 = $1000+
No. Tokens will not yet be deducted if a client invites you to submit a proposal. Tokens will only be deducted once you accept the invite and submit a proposal.
When free tokens have already been used up, Taskers will not be able to submit proposals. Taskers may then acquire extra tokens through Offered tokens (which can be earned through various means: via referring a friend or verifying the ID) or purchasing tokens through Taskenator site (which offers tokens that will be purchased in bundles).
