Since I started working for a BPO company and take a leap into the freelancing world, most of my experiences were more on telephone handling like telemarketing, cold calling, lead generation and appointment setting.
While working on these projects I'm also doing administrative tasks such as data entry, call listening, email handling, updating crm and other admin tasks which I want to focus as of now but I'm not limiting myself with these tasks. I am very much open to work on new tasks that will help me acquire new skills to add up in my knowledge bank.
