I am excellent in written and verbal communication skills, also in time management and leadership skills. I am able to work independently or as part of a team. I am motivated and always willing to learn new things.
I am also proficient in Microsoft office, Video editing and prezi presentation.
My first work was Customer Service Relation(CSR), handled wet market account, resolve customer complaints via phone and email. I also assist customer with placements of orders, refund or exchanges.
I also work as Retail Merchandiser, I am responsible to replenish stock to our 3 store that we had. Communicating with the store managers and responsbile to achieve target quantity and deliver it on time.
