My goal here is to help and assist Real Estate Investors increase productivity by eliminating their daily routine works in the most efficient way possible.
I have been working in Real Estate Industry for almost four years, our work requires us to contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them property consultancy services. Prepare and present Business Proposals to educate real estate investors and secure a consulting deal. Monitor the property market to watch out for new and old properties up for sale. I also conduct research and analysis of property market to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability margin. Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other. Interview real estate investors to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking. Accompany buyers during site visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting. I also do some background check for real estate clients financial and credit status to determine eligibility for financing. In real estate industry we also need to develop and build relationship with our clients for more investing needs.
Lastly I also train my fellow real estate agents to improve their selling techniques. Before I jumped into Real Estate Industry I was connected in Business Process Outsourcing handling for four years from Sales Order Management, Customer Service and Technical support post. Responsible for taking incoming calls, input all the accurate information needed in the CRM, ensure timely release of orders and ensuring that the customer is satisfied with the service.

Scout and identify investors with Property Consultancy needs. Contact Potential Clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them property consultancy services. Carry out the marketing of property vacancies to attract prospective investors. Conduct Research and analysis of property market to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability margin. Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other. Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking. Accompany buyers during site visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting. Advise client on market conditions, prices, mortgages, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services. Investigate clients financial and credit status to determine eligibility for financing. Build relationship to clients for more investment needed. Conduct Seminars and Training Sessions for Sales Agents to improve sales techniques.
Manage order-to-invoice cycle for customer orders utilizing SAP system and Salesforce. Enter e-mail orders, and review and clear orders from EDI workflow, blocked status and incomplete status in accordance with policy. Ensure timely release of orders held for credit review in accordance with policy. Ensure accuracy of appropriate promotions and pricing, and confirm material availability while considering version substitution opportunities. Request promotion variances whenever appropriate to gain approval for shipment outside a promotional window. Work with appropriate Order Fulfillment personnel to reach resolution, and respond with resolution in a timely manner while respecting the relationship between Customer and Product Manager. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer profiles to ensure customer’s unique needs are documented and available to all team members. Closely coordinate with Customer, Product Managers, Warehouse Team, Courier Liaison, Buying Admin. Team and Credit Controller and etc. Proactively communicate service-related issues including product availability, production delay, shipment delay, shipping document delay , shipment schedule are properly communicated. Communicate across Order Fulfillment Process to ensure Customers’ needs are met. Communicate closely with Warehouse Team personnel to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders. Ensure orders are entered in the system within 2 hour SLA. Ensure requested order to delivery are met on a timely manner
